A growing e-commerce retailer was spending heavily on Google and Meta Ads but couldn't identify which campaigns were driving actual purchases. ROAS figures from the platforms were contradicting the bank account.

Our solution

We rebuilt their conversion tracking from the ground up — implementing server-side tagging, GA4 enhanced e-commerce, and offline conversion imports. We restructured their Google Shopping and Performance Max campaigns around real margin data and introduced a Meta retargeting funnel segmented by purchase intent.
